Description:
One set of fixtures may be used to make any number of different length bar clamps simply by mounting on different lengths of 3/4" black pipe standard or extra-heavy. The tall-stop zips along the pipe and automatically grips securely, ready for final screw pressure. Light fingertip pressure on the bottom clutch extensions releases the grip on the pipe, permitting the tall-stop to be "backed off" from the work in a single one-way motion. The tall-stop is never loose on the pipe. Clutches encircle the pipe, grip top and bottom for secure, evenly distributed pressure. Clutches are reversible or easily replaced at low cost if necessary.
